PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

(Privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003)

We inform you that the data that you will provide to CLAUDIO CASCONE PHOTOGRAPHY, in the figure of its legal representative, hereinafter referred to as the "manager of the site", when filling out the "contact form" (also known as mail form) of the site itself, will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Code for the Protection of Personal Data. The contact form made available on the site has the sole purpose of allowing visitors to the site to contact, should they so desire, the manager of the site itself, by sending through the said form an email to the manager. This notice concerns personal data submitted by the visitor user when filling out the contact form. We inform you that the data you voluntarily give through the form will be turned into an email that may eventually be stored within the email reception system used by the site owner. This data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data resulting from your browsing the site be recorded.

1. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The purposes of the processing of your data are as follows: The data you submit will be used for the sole purpose of being able to eventually contact you back through the references you left through the contact form in order to process any of your requests contained in the message you sent through the contact form made available on the site.

2. NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

  • The personal data processed will only be the common data strictly necessary and relevant to the purposes referred to in point 1 above.

  • The processing of personal data conferred is carried out by means of the operations or the set of operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 lett. a) D. Lgs. 196/2003.

  • The processing is carried out directly by the organization of the owner.

3. NATURE OF CONFERMENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

There is no obligation to provide the site operator with the personal data requested in the contact form. The provision of data through the contact form is optional. However, the refusal to confer for the purposes of art. 1 will determine the impossibility of contacting the manager of the site through the contact form made available on the site.

4. DATA CONTROLLER

Personal data collected through the contact form will be sent by email to the manager of this website, who will be the data controller.

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

At any time you may exercise the rights attributed to you by art, 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we quote below, by writing to the manager of this website using the contact form. Art. 7. of Legislative Decree 196/2003 Right of access to personal data and other rights:

  • 1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

  • 2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, managers and the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

  • 3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

  • 4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, other than that relevant to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. To exercise his or her rights, the data subject may send a written communication to the registered office.

6. DURATION OF PROCESSING

Processing will have a duration no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected.
